Portable TV
is there a portable tv that will allow my kids to watch cartoon network.
i know there is flo tv but that dosent have cartoon network is there anything else?

Your issue is not the TV. Any TV connected to a source that includes the Cartoon Network, i.e. a channel package from a cable or satellite service, will give you the Cartoon Network as well as every other channel within the package.
The TV is simply a receiver, not unlike a small portable radio. It plays (shows) whatever its tuner or input circuitry is receiving. It’s the same for a small portable TV or a giant widescreen set.
